1999 Dodge Ram Cummins KDP Fix

Hey guys, did all the work for not really nothing... learned lots and got the case resealed and a new crank seal out of it. When i say the sealant takes 24 hours to cure and i got even 12 hours i meant that 24 is full cure and it sets in 1 hour. I waited about 12 hours before starting it. Hope this video helps and please give me a subscribe especially if you own one of these trucks or are looking for one. I have quite a bit of experience with these.

Have been going on a kdp fix video binge over here 😂 just seeing how everybody does the job in there own way. I had decided to just peen around the kdp on my 92 instead of installing the tab and I made sure to loctite the timing case bolts that I was able to access. Couldn't get the ones behind the cam gear also.

Tyler Ovens i wanted to get one since i was 15. Lol but yeah someday. Garage and house or garage/house will be built first;) also yeah lots of work for not too much buy what can ya do. Peace of mind.

tomduncan1970 Thanks Tom! I believe i was about a day or so because i really took my time to do everything right. I would reserve a day to do this for sure if you are doing it yourself. Take a Saturday or something.
