We did a AMSOIL Engine Flush on Ted's 1999 F150 v6.
This was the first F-150 on the channel.
Ted was surprised how smooth his engine ran after the flush.

Per Amsoil website: NOTES: (1) If using E85 or M85 fuel, use AMSOIL oil of the appropriate viscosity for the OEM recommended drain interval. If E85 or M85 fuel is not used, use AMSOIL oil of the appropriate viscosity and the extended drain interval recommended for that oil. Just a quick note that I never see mentioned about Amsoil. I may have just simply missed it though. Great vids!

My first vehicle I drove was 93 F150 had huge oil leak put couple quarts every other day, it was a car for high school bout it, but man The things my girlfriend and I did in that truck😂 good memories, wish I kept it and fixed the leak, drove over sidewalks, did donuts and other things in movie theater parking lot and got busted by the cops, Man lol miss my old truck lol, got in so much trouble driving it lol

What is the oil change interval on the Amsoil OE oil ?

Without doing an oil analysis Amsoil recommends you do the OEM interval in the owner's manual so most cars you would do three to five thousand miles. Note: The Amsoil oil filter we used is a big upgrade and it filters much better than OEM so if you do oil analysis you'll find that the oil is still good at about 7 to 10,000 miles depending on the driving conditions. So if you're going to push it you want to make sure you keep your eye on it and see the oil level and make sure it looks good. Definitely something you want to try the first time and see what you can expect by monitoring it or doing oil analysis. For me I drive a lot so I just go with the best. To me it's not a big difference it's just the extra protection in higher-quality additives in the Amsoil Signature Series. The reason why he went with the oil he went with his because he drives very very little. Thanks for the question my courageous austintatious Bodacious Brew😊

Eben, hey man love your video's and the Amsoil product, but I do have a question. I've watched about 10-of your engine flush video's, but I have yet to see a transmission flush video, why is that? On the Amsoil website it clearly states that the product is for both Engine and Transmission flushes, shown here: www.amsoil.com/shop/by-product/other-products/cleaners-and-protectants/engine-and-transmission-flush/ Anyhow, just thought I'd bring it up.
