The 98 civics dont have a bumper support at all i just discovered, i have a facelift 00 and wanted the to salvage the foam piece from the 98 but literally no support bar i dont think ill worry about it lol

Does this bumper come with fog light screw holes on the bumper?

No. You would cut them in. If they are after market fog lights, they should come with brackets.

I bought a similar grille that doesn't attach directly to the bumper. Turns out it will vibrate when you speed up or make turns. Also because it's not attached the whole bumper is weaker. If you end up getting caught on a sidewalk or curb it could pull out the white clips you put into the fender/bumper cover.

Check with who you order it from. The head lights and fenders have a slight change in 99. Don't think the bumpers did, but I have been known to be wrong.

Make sure you watch your years. 1999 is not the same as 1996.

You can put a 99 on a 96 but then you have to replace fenders and hood and headlights to re align back up with everything

I'm having a lot of difficulty with getting the bumper to stay in the front clips, any advice? It seems like yours just pushed right in but mine keep popping out of them leaving space between the headlights and bumper.
