This reminds me of the Bongo vans from the 90s. The 2nd generation StepWGN came around in 2001, the facelift was in 1999 this body style/type of StepWGN is called the Field Deck also 9:53 for the interior.

That AC switch may need to be replaced. I had something similar on my Mercury Tracer(aka Ford Escort.) If you held it in it would work but take your finger off and not only did the switch return but the light went out
