1999 Jeep XJ (Chrysler 8.25 axle) rear differential pinion seal replacement

how to replace rear differential pinion seal on 1999 Jeep XJ (Chrysler 8.25 axle)
I am not sure about the pinion seal nut torque, I may have mention 250 ft lb, may be I am not correct, please check the specifications for correct torque.
I used 32mm socket to remove the pinion nut
The pinion oil seal part number is 8516N (National brand)

Is that silicone or grease you're outting on. Seal when putting new in ?

It is the silicon so no oil will leak through thread.

On the rubber I use gear oil to lube it, no RTV on the rubber
