I'd love to know what your talking about! I sold my 379 with a c15 and am now in a 99 ch with a e7 460 and it seems very lazy to me! Miss my kitty on a daily bases. Don't know if there is something wrong with my e7 460 or just not used to it compared to the cat?

​@@bobmartin3549nothing wrong there. Weve had a 95 with a 454 and a 99 with a 460. And they run with our 86 frieghtliner with a 3406b about 450ish hp. Even our stock 3406E's rated at 475 will start pulling from all them on a long hill. They will hang for a minute but not to long. Our c15 6nz 550 is long gone. The others dont stand a snowballs chance in hell

Man I miss hauling wheat with our Mack. Had a twin stack tandem grain truck that pulled a 600 bushel pup. Thing could pull like crazy. And loud

Next time down shifting. Try using your left foot to control the break. Right foot for the gas. Makes down shifting much smoother, and easy to slow and control the down speed while bringing up the rpms simultaneously..
