I have a theory on why you never see Ronald McDonald and McDonaldland in commercials anymore. Ronald was working on an easy way to make a box for the happy meals. Knowing Ronald's zany personality he used a lab and different chemicals to make instant happy meal boxes. Then he found the perfect mixture to an insta-box until the Hamburgler stole the chemical from Ronald, but what he didn't know was that it was explosive. The cheeky thief fell over while carrying the chemical and caused a huge explosion. The explosion was so big that it covered all of McDonaldland, making everything white, flat, and boring, and mutated everyone into disturbing human-like happy meal people. Everyone became the same happy meal abomination with the same personality. Due to the radioactive land occasionally wormholes appear and allow characters from different worlds and dimensions to see the horror that happened due to the Hamburgler and his clumsy ways.
