Absolutely beautiful condition. With only 620 hours on the engines it’s obvious the boat was mostly slipped and lived on. A similar boat new would cost well over a million or a million and a half.

You are terribly mistaken, 40' does not constitute a yacht. The length to be considered a yacht is 70' and above. I have heard others, who wish they owned a yacht, calling cabin cruisers yachts. Learn the business, you will sound more like an expert in your trade.
