The bumper i ordered from this company in South Dakota. However I don't recommend you buying one from them they did a very i mean very poor job on the frame of the bumper when I got it from them the whole thing was shaking i had to manufacture extra metal and welf onto it and I needed up spending a lot of extra money to make it work. If you want a good quality bumper and not have to waste extra time and money go with Alliarc or Herd. Those are great i got them on my other trucks i had and those fit perfectly with no problems at all

What size bed did you put on the upper bed

I have a memory foam mattress I cut it to size I don't know exactly the size is because I did it years ago. But it's 8 inch thickness and it's amazing.
