I’m not a fan of the increased frequency of muffled cars. Everything sounds too tame now. You only have to look at the Porsche cup cars and how some of them sound crap, yet others sound incredible.

Yeah there's a huge difference between Cup cars with muflled exhaust and the 'Supercup' ones. Not to mention those Lamborghini Super Trofeos

Video doesn’t do the Porsche cup cars justice for how loud they really are, in 2022 I was in Townsville for the Townsville 500 and the first race I saw was Porsche cup Australia in the 992s and they are so loud in person and the Porsche cup cars in common are deafeningly loud in real life, again to what I said KZbin audio compression doesn’t do justice

Why the track was close? Is the third time of kateyama test in Monza and this is the first time that I can’t entry. It’s a shame. I just wanted to see some race car as a fan.

Because of the disasters caused by the downburst two weeks ago. Due to the strong winds, the area around and inside the racetrack is full of fallen trees, which have destroyed many of the fences that divide public areas from track-side and marshalls positions. Plus in those two days it was full of workers to try to clean and secure the various areas

I was at the track on Thursday and I wasn't allowed in. I thought the storm was being cleared. However, watching the cars on the starting straight while standing on the gate behind the parabolica made up for it. The sound of the engines of these machines live is a total madness, especially the sound of ferrari.
