Anthony, in Dec 08' ,when the new 09' bodystyle was coming out, I bought my wife that same car in black. Sticker was almost $20k discounted to $15 and change. It now has 128K and runs like new. Never had issues. Great on gas and gets regular maintenance for the last 15 years. I expect to have it for the next 15 years. 🚗🙂🙂

That’s a clean one! The reverse lights in the bumper were a big thing for GM in the 2000s The GMC Envoys were the same way.

My daughter had one of these when she was in college, and for a few years after graduation. It was a former Hertz rental. It was reliable and easy to service. The important stuff in the vehicle like the drive train is Toyota. That's important since obtaining repair parts will be much less of an issue than if it were a discontinued GM brand. FYI, the 115 AC outlet is a great feature for charging electronic equipment.

I loved my 2003Vibe GT! Particularly loved the seating position which was just a tad higher than a normal sedan. The engine was bullet proof. The manual transmission was a GM contribution, and a little gnarly at times, but otherwise, that car was comfortable, got incredibly good gas mileage and had plenty of pep. What a great buy for someone!

That same plant that was building these Vibes, is now making Tesla model 3 and Y. These Vibes were excellent vehicles, and engine and Trans amd mechanicals are solid. Not sure how you find body parts for it though.

I recently sold my 2003 Matrix XRS in white (which was rare for the first year XRS), 6 speed manual, mint condition, no rust, totally bone stock with only 60,000 miles on it for $7500 CDN. That was about a year ago. I bet it would be worth more now.

I worked for a part time for a company taking weekend call...that used Pontiac Vibes as their fleet vehicle. Good strategy...Toyota quality at a Pontiac depreciated price...the cars were rental or lease returns before the company acquired them. I think they had 5 or 6 in the fleet. The cars were ran 24x7 365...so I was driving cars shared by several people and racking up the miles...150K or so I've seen. And..they were dependable...and stood up pretty well to the rigors of point to point driving. I did have one failure with one...battery shorted out and the car wouldn't start and had to be towed in for repair....Another one....I decided to check the oil on one when I filled it with gas...and the dipstick broke in half....no one checked the oil and the dipstick was kind "glued" in position......I joked with the manager about no good deed goes unpunished as I was probably the only one who checked the oil on the cars during refueling stops.

This vehicle will outlast any GM product. Period. And cost of maintenance is a fraction of any GM product. I currently own one 2008 Pontiac Vibe, formerly a 2004 AWD Toyota Matrix (yes they are essentially the same). Both cars from this same generation (2003 thru 2008). They redesigned Vibe and Matrix in 2009. In either of the two generations, I do like a the Pontiac’s styling better.

I have a 2005 Vibe with 5-speed manual. I bought this car new and drove it 195,000 miles. The car looks like it has been through a war but is still running. For the past couple months I have spent a huge amount of time looking at 2024 and 2025 model year vehicles. So far, I have not found anything I like as much as the Vibe. What we really need is a 2025 vehicle that is an updated version of the 2005-2008 Vibes!

Amazing condition. That owner should've had a Cadillac! My fear is my one owner, all original, absolutely pristine 1984 Datsun 300ZX 50th Anniversary Turbo will end up in the hands of a kid. That's why I'm asking $30,000. I know you're down on anything that's not a RWD Luxo-cruiser. That car deserves to finish its life in a dry garage with a dedicated, mature owner, not a 16 year old who likes to 🎉 party with too many kids hanging out the windows, driving around.

Well if you are reviewing this car for sale, then there is no reason to pick up a Lincoln MKS and give it a try. I really enjoy my 2013 MKS. It is still roomy, comfortable, luxurious, economical, has a large trunk, and loaded with lots of features I have not seen on other Lincolns! Like holding down the "unlock" button until all 4 windows roll down to pre-ventilate the car. Then just hold the "lock" button down until they all roll up again. Try one. Get one ready for sale!! You might be surprised by one!! And yes, I have had 70's, 80's, and 90's Town Cars.....
