James James - thank you for these lessons on all the great classic songs. Half the battle is finding the correct chord voicings around the neck. A lot of great rock songs and riffs are using specific chord fragments. It takes a well developed ear to pick out the voicings, fragments and fingering. Getting the right tone out of the pickups and amp is critical as well. Seeing and hearing you do it is fantastic. Thank you!

Heya Jimmy Jim, I just wanted to send a little Christian healing praying love your way. When I ran across your channel I had gone nearly blind. Heck, I was born with bad 20/300 eyes, then had two detached retinas and then 2 cataracts, both eyes! I've got 20/20 in both eyes now. Jimmy Jim, I actually died on the operating table for 35 minutes on a Christmas Day! Jesus pulled me right out of hell and gave me a second chance. It's real, old friend. Anyway, there are those of us that love you and your kind soul. God bless you, friend. Brad from Belfast, Maine

Thank you sir. My favorite tune of all time. This is where it all started to come together for them as a band. And they had just met Ken Kesey on their 4th American Tour so "on our first trip" makes sense as does Bill and Brian's facial response to the lyrics (in the video TV appearance from that time). It doesn't have to be overly complex to be the best rock and roll of all time.

Love how you can get so much from a single chord, the stops with the left hand, the downstroke on the bass strings 👍. It is easier to play at speed than to slow it down and write down that's for sure 😵.

James James hello this is fantastic and I'm going to steal it for my own video but I will put a link to this channel I am not bothered about copyright because I am fully aware of the law and the rules and regulations so I might get adverts on my channel after stealing your music without permission but I don't give two monkeys and I respect talent so technically I am promoting you, thanks for letting me share and even if you don't agree with the share the rules and regulations let me do this> in fact you have inspired me to make me learn this to myself on guitar because I do Play guitar, so I could do it myself but I like your version and it would take me a few days to learn the tune so thanks again for the free tune.
