Philip Sayce is just the best in this day and age, he's got that Hendrix and Stevie blues feel and wild abandonment playing style

Phil ..... know this mate ... when Jimi ...and Stevie Ray are feeling this performance you’ve just put out into the universe they will know .... because their spirits were both there with you this night ... when you are giving everything of yourself up playing in the zone it is undeniable... your incredible tone ... every hair on my body standing up .... if you could bottle up the frequency vibes here we would have a cure for all that troubles and ills the world ... Philip Sayce you are a living spirit warrior ... a warrior with heart ... I salute you 🔥🙏✊

He's a great guitarist, but he's peddling a style from the past. This has been done over and over again through the last 50 years, starting with Hendrix.

He is a monster in blues/rock. He’s also a very nice, humble young man who appreciates his audience. He’s most definitely my favorite guitar player on the scene today. I’ve played for 50+ years and he just blows my mind. An absolute amazing talent! 😎🤘

I never had a 62/63 strat. I'm still waiting for them to come down a bit.......!!$$!! ?!?!
@Alex-ms1tt3 жыл бұрын
If you're talking about coming down in price it's not coming down, if anything everyday vintage guitars are getting even more expensive 🤷🏻♂️ I believe that the thing with these vintage guitars is that on one side they're really expensive and spending thousands of dollars for a piece of wood and strings is not something many people can do and on the other hand being a average player is kind of risk to take out and play cause shit can get stolen or if anything breaks on the guitar it's gonna some additional money to go repair. So it's not comfortable or worth it to go out and play gigs when your aware of stuff like that

@LostPlectrum4 жыл бұрын
Ladies and gentlemen, this is how the greats open their concerts. That "on the road again" riff is pure, face-melting rock brutality. However I wish Philip could calm down here and there during his sets, pulling out those amazing strat tones from some slow ballads. He has many to choose from but he lately tends to overplay too often.
