Ppl like Ritch Piana they elevate them self's on a different realm of life when that happens they can't be here anymore in this earth as you understanding there is no point they have reach a point of enlightenment And awareness that they have to move on to something higher is like graduating from high school to college..99% of the population will never reach that so they Will live a normal length life they will die and there energy will come back to this life or earth as you understand it with a different vesel ... aka body with no memory of there previews life with maybe a desavou moment here n there' And that' will happen again n again until they elevate them self's to a different awareness.. when that happened in your eyes Will be an accident or some kind of death n they Will take off to what' that I'm not sure yet I just gotten that far I'm afraid to learn More because naturally I'm afraid to die

You're a respectable man, rich. I believe in life you get what you put out. I've always lived my life by treating others the way I would want to be treated. It doesn't cost anything just to say a kind word to another person, or to lift another person up when they are down. I believe with every fiber of my soul that we all have a purpose, and we're all here on this earth to help each other. The way I see it is, you never know what a person is going through in their life. You never know what's in their mind, how they're feeling or even what they've experienced. And simply, just being nice to another person can change a person's attitude, and make some of the shit that's going in their life, disappear for a moment. People don't realize how a simple act of kindness can really change person's life....And it doesn't cost anything...

Timothy O'Keeffe Well, I believe in if you put good energy, good energy (usually) comes to you. So if you do good things for people, treat people kindly, do a good deed, make a good impression, if you're respectful they'll look out for you. Now, if you're being "nice" to people and brown nosing them just for your personal gain, just to get what you want out of them, then yes, that's no good. I think you may be referring more to this. If so, I get what you're saying. Say if I am working at a restaurant or bar or both. As a waiter or something and I have a particular customer who comes frequently and who usually tips well, who is patient, who is kind and brings a good vibe to he establishment, doesn't cause any trouble, is a loyal customer, I might give them a free meal or free drink because of who they are. Now if that customer is the opposite and is rude, impatient, obnoxious, causing trouble, tips lousy then they're not going to get any sort of good treatment. I've been in situations where I've been patient, kind, respectful and people have looked out for me. On the topic of a restaurant, I remember I ordered from Frank Pepe's. I went to pick up my order and as I was about to leave the place, something told me to check my pies and i realized one of them were not my order. I went back, they made me another pie which took 15 minutes. So for having me waiting and the fact that I wasn't hassling them and being a dick, they gave me that extra pie free and threw in some garlic knots and 2 free soda's. Hopefully I am making my point across. Sorry for the long story.

Despite all the cool comments i have never heard this guy ONCE put anybody down, be rude, be negative, or do anything to come across as an ass. Its so easy to judge somebody like this because you see his body as image issues where he lives it as a hobby and is genuinely good guy, he is happy in his life and some people just cannot stand that for some reason. I have to say man i'm not into body building to your level but you are a hell of a spokesman for the sport, dig the beat in the Bentley also.

This was a good story, Rich. I think it was good of you to share this. I watch many of your videos and they are all good, but I've never posted anything before. It was nice to hear that a beast like you would do that for anyone. Good show man! Personally, I would not ask ya to work in, but for the folks that had the guts to ask, you must have made them feel better about it. You put some great energy into many people's self esteem that way. Maybe they have even better workouts having come across that nice big guy at the bench. That has never happened to me. I just wait the big guys out, but I have seen it happen to others. A whole lotta bad tude with some folks. Many guys could learn alot from you in the gym, of course, but it sounds like you could teach them a thing or two about basic manners. I wish you much success!
