Im a teen that is planning to be the best tennis player and training hard everyday, this really motivated me cause rich is one of the best in what he does and did, and the mentality that he had as he said, every greater human in history always had that mentality, and that what im talking about is sports, and now he said he had that in Bodybuilding... im like : "thats it, thats what i need" and this really really motivated me, i got few tournaments coming in few months, and if i dont win at east 2 out of 3 or 4 then i'll fail my future career, cause this is where being a winner in tennis starts, and this really really really motivated me to be a straight minded arrogant winner mentality, even if you never was one, Thank you Rich, i really believe this message was from god haha, a big boost for my self esteem! Hey Rich I'm a big fan, I'm 16 going on 17. It's been a really big dream of mine to be a bodybuilder. I'm having a really hard time with consistency, my parents are divorced and I go back and forth. My mom and stepdad are fully supportive of me, I eat great and train great, on the other side there's my dad and stepmom and I don't eat right and train there and it fucking kills me. One day soon I hope to hop on the ball and finally be able to train like I should and have that consistently. And thanks for the advice! Really appreciate it! Keep on keeping on

Even though I'm not a looking to be a bodybuilder, Rich has some amazing info about self promotion that helps me out even as a songwriter and musician. Which for most musicians is their weak point. Most musicians are introverts by nature bc of how we see ourselves, the society we live in, and our music. ALWAYS use good advice even if its not in your industry. RIP BIG RICH. I would say that this is good advise for most goals in life. If you can get to where you want to go by a more direct route without the ups and downs and make a real impression out of the gate why do more stops along the way then needed especially in a sport where gaining size will ultimately put you where you want to be.
