as matching concept we have to follow n respect that (every income must be matched with expense and only then profit must be got or arrived and not without ignoring any income or expense we should profit so we record this nominal account transaction but at the same time we should respect accrual system of accounting to record all transaction relating to current year only so inorder to do that we do tat through usage of p l adjustment account . thank you sir n thank you all to allow me to express this n bring more clarity n sequence to mean what sir said by typing this text thank you

know the actual n may be some usage of p l adjustment , n suspense account ,. love the implication n y we use in order not to contradict our accounting concept of accrual but also not contradict matching concept for nominal account .

so we should ask this question 1 )is it nominal account affecting last year profit n corrected now yes or no to use that account term 2) is that an item that affects trial balance's arithmetic accuracy yes or no to use that suspense account 3) then entry without these two account name rectified entry must be passed

Sir! I request you to upload the next remaining part as soon as possible. :) I am a science student preparing for cpt. When I started with this topic with book provided with ICAI, I was like"WHHAAATTT?", then I referred to a reference book.. at first I was like "Ok!!" and then when suspense account started I was again like"WHAATTT??".
