Additional note: Other little gems of information: BOT - fire bottle (two of them, shared between the two engines), EXT = extinguish test. DC Power is linked to the power ports to charge devices in the H145 I gather. Thanks to Mark MeppyMan for providing that final piece of clarity re Fuzz Burn. That all makes sense now. Fuzz burn clears the sensor of particles that are interfering with readings. (I thought it was about removing dangerous particles).

Fuzz burn isn’t for breaking up dangerous particles, it’s for clearing the sensor of minute but harmless particles that cause spurious alerts on the chip detection sensor. If you use the fuzz burn and still get a warning light it’s time to land and get maintenance to pull apart the gearbox.
