A charter boat captain in Naples was proud to clean them for the customers to show them how good they were. Mind you we had plenty of grouper and mangrove snapper and lane snapper he just wanted to show everybody how good they were to eat

Those puffers taste like a chicken leg pull off the head and the guts and the guts come with it. Cartilage down the middle no bones tastes like flounder

@@MiamiGoogan you have to be super careful cleaning them. The guts have a green sack you don't want to crush it. But they are easy to clean. Watch a video or two

You could probably get poisoned if you get bit by one but the outside of the puffer is not poisonous
