1j H145 Mission Deep Dive Part 2 - Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) Missions Walkthrough

Before we get into the sim stuff - because real-life is not a simulation, and because of the harness burns to Roger's sensitive areas last time (which resulted in a discussion as to how gentlemen might remember to care for their undercarriage). We now turn our attention (as we dangle Roger from a rope) to caring for our bowels. Seriously guys - well it does not matter if you are a guy or a girl), take care, and be (err) attentive.
Advice from the NHS here in the UK is offered below. I am not a medical doctor of course, but I just feel that whilst we can have fun geeking out, we should also care for one another. There are an increasing number of subscribers to the channel, and whilst I urge you to subscribe to keep the geek in you alive, I feel almost duty bound to point in that health direction because just one thing we remember could save a life.

Note that this is clearly a work in progress but the HEMS missions sections has been developed, and is much more user friendly. I do not cover here the HPG Multiplayer and Connect to Scenario Editor options - we will cover these later. All hoists ended up being automatic - sometimes without me even knowing they had started, but this happens if your position is right over the target.
Note advice on not removing photogrammetry; without this you will struggle to see helipad sites (markings are naturally not replicated by MSFS2020) - which is why I advise always having the flare present to identify the landing site. Note also the need to zoom right in on the tablet to identify the landing site.
