I read the suit...the other thing they are still doing..that property mgmt is the RUBS...insane amounts for utility...read up on it.

I agree that some of these withholdings were incorrect or questionable but there were a few instances of subjective language used by the AG where they should have been more clear (perhaps they were more detailed in the 17 page ruling).
