Tested have just reviewed a Kylo helm replica made by the very group that made the real helmet! $2000 though. Boooo! :(

wow, $2000! Yikes! I'm going to keep working on my child size $30 helmet haha. Gets a coat of fiberglass resin this weekend. :D

1ntegress Don't blame you at all! It comes in a fancy Lucas Arts crate, with imperial spray paints on it, but jeeze - I wouldn't use that for cosplay.. It's apparently 3D printed, so it wouldn't be good out in the sun either

Haha yeah, that would definitely be more of a prop for me versus a cosplay piece. But I don't have that much money to play with. :(

+Jordan Britton Thanks! I've actually got a 3D printed hilt already, from Crota's Soul Studios, but it needs to be painted and made pretty :) I'll make a separate video for just that. It's only the hilt, and I plan to use it to hang on my belt. At some point I'll probably get myself a Disney saber that actually lights up and makes sound as well.

also try out an app called Robovox can change your voice to that of kylo but will need amp wires mic to work into your costume

you might want to stiffen the helmet before you use filler on that join that way it has no chance of cracking with all the sanding and movement etc ☺

+pugzwow Done and done! I think.... I've added 5 strips of styrene along the seam on the inside to help the stability of the helmet, and I'll be coating the inside with fiberglass resin to help sturdy it up too. So much work!

nice video from france. you looks like a baby Kylo ren. I'm not a big fan of this character and the 7th movie star wars . I may be too impregnated with the first trilogy . I love your "joie de vivre" and yeah stars wars and cars, it's all my life. why i'm not a us citizen lol. I hope my English is not too bad
