Most of the older, smaller dumps I've operated have a prop arm just for that, bolted to the frame, usually a piece of angle iron that swings up and is wedged against another piece of angle that's welded to bottomside of the dumpbox. I'd actually be surprised if you don't find one!

a trick for those locking lugs when you don't have the key is you get a socket that roughly matches the place that you would put the key into and nail it with a hammer jamming the socket into it then use your hand ratchet not a powered tool,it works
