Feeling for you so much knowing your mom was a L&D nurse. But you’re not alone! I was pregnant at 31/32, and my husband and I celebrate 10 years married this May. Our kid is currently almost 16 months old!! You got this!! And your healthy lifestyle will do WONDERS for your pregnancy ❤

Check out Ecos Paint for the nursery. Zero Voc paints. We just used it in our house after some construction and it’s great quality. I also made and had lots of sourdough during my pregnancy! I used some bean/nut fermented cheeses and sauerkraut.

I am thinking a few sliced radishes, and a few sliced English cucumbers along with 2 tomato slices and a bit of the spring mix 😋 I will try the Mayo as the recipe states, BUT a tad of Dijon mustard and a tad of horseradish might kick the recipe out of the park!!! 🎉 I am not pregnant, so why not?🙌🏻🎯 Congratulations 🎉🎈🎊 It is sad that your mom is not be with you along this beautiful journey, BUT she is watching over you and the baby; AND you have a wonderful husband by your side every step of the way ❤❤ Blessing from Green 🌱🪴☘️🌿 Ohio 🌷🪻🌼🌹

I feel like this is a dream come true bc we are pregnant together! I’m pregnant with my second. When I was pregnant with my first (May baby also ❤), I told my husband numerous times “I wish Brittany Jaroudi was pregnant too so she could inspire me to eat well!” Haha! With my first I was blindsided by the aversions and went from WFPB to junk food vegan and gained waaaaaay too much weight. I’m still overweight now, but trying to make better choices this pregnancy, so following you is so inspirational. I’d really love some videos on what you ate with food aversions and how you managed them. They are SO awful for me and no one in the EFPB community talks about them and how to make it through healthily. Please give us some videos on this! ❤❤ Congrats, Brittany! So excited for you. Being a mom is the best thing I’ve ever done.

Hi Jordan having kids in our 30s seems to be more logical in this day and age. My mom had me at 41! Due to having two miscarriages prior. I’m 28 soon to be 29 in Feb. My bf and I are planning to be engaged soon but we are also waiting for kids because there’s just so much in life we haven’t experienced yet before we want to introduce a baby

Congrats, Brittany! My 34-yr old daughter, who has been vegan since birth, is pregnant with twins and she is due in 2 weeks! You stories are very similar! For additional protein, she has been drinking a daily smoothie with Ritual protein powder because it contains choline (for brain) unlike most protein powders. Best of luck on your journey! Will try to connect my daughter with you.

YIPPEE A BABY JAROUDI !! I cannot relate to being pregnant at 33 I had my kids when I was 19, 21, and 23 and they were all heading into their teens when I was 33...lol..I fed them a mostly plant based diet when it wasn't cool at all and they didn't have a problem with it and their friends gobbled up the veggies when they came over for dinner. You look great, I hope it is smooth sailing all the way to delivery. I didn't have any cravings either

Hi Brittany.....my brother-in-law is at this time in a hospital in Pittsburgh getting his neck arteries cleared out. He and his wife are 75, both in poor health. When he gets home, they need vegan food that will help their health. Is there a caterer or restaurant you can recommend (they live in Oakmont) where I can order a couple gallons of vegan soup? OR...would you consider preparing healthy food for them? I live in Harrisburg. Of course, I wish you well in this new chapter in your life with a baby coming!

Question - do you use soft or extra firm silken tofu?

It isn't labeled on the packaged we buy. Either one would work as long as it is silken.

Hello, I am sure you have probably answered this question a lot, but I have only watched a few videos. I am trying to find healthier non-stick pots/pans. I was wondering what you use/recommend, what is on the stove in the background?

I like stainless steel pots/pan or ceramic coated personally.

Is there a way to make the bread loaf far less sour. People rave about sourdough bread and I don't get it because it's SOUR. Thanks!

It doesn't taste sour, tastes just like regular bread.

Interested in the container you put the vegan mayo into. Didn’t see it listed on your Amazon list…
Assuming that container is the 17 oz size….I did sign up for membership on 1/1/24. It made more sense to me to do it on the 1st day of the month since not all months have 31 days…Can I still get the FREE e-book??? I did purchase the glass containers from your Amazon list….

Hi, I ate a plant based diet for a few years, then got away from it. I want to start again and have a question. Am I supposed to grind chia and hemp seeds or are they ok to eat whole? Like if I add chia to overnight oats, are they ok whole? I've always used them whole in the past.
@TheJaroudiFamily Жыл бұрын
The only one that is important to grind is flax seeds for absorption. I tend to also grind chia seeds but that is more of a personal texture preference for me.
