I want to go a step further as a former govt employee who is probably going back into govt work in the future… there are govt employees who know the law but want to bully and break the law. I say let them be fined $1000 per time they break the law regarding constitutional rights.

The Postal Service **requires** "Poster 7" to be displayed in all their lobbies... And call that enough. Anyone who has watched a 1st Amendment Audit in a post office knows that NONE of the employees are trained in what it says.
