I did a ride along with the Menlo Park police agency back in September 2019. The video that still gets me is their Gang Task force unit which they don't need one (let the San Mateo County Sheriff Department do the Gang Task force, not a city that house are over a million dollars).

I’ll definitely need to go back there a few more times but from what I remember they honestly did not do that bad. Much respect for all the men and women out there serving and honoring their oath and doing the right thing. I’m just out there trying to make sure our rights are preserved and respected

Hello, I don’t believe so. I did the Menlo Park Police Department however I don’t believe I’ve done the VA If you send me the address I’ll put it on my list. It’s hard for me to keep up here on KZbin but if you send me a private message on my Facebook account I’ll definitely put it on my list

@@ANTHONYX1AAUDITS it’s 795 willow road Menlo Park. I don’t have FB sorry… but yeah, check out judo Johnny. He did an audit and some tyrant got in his face. I wonder if they changed. It was a year or two ago since then.

HIPAA laws apply to anyone employed to protect the private medical information and connection to a name, that includes employees schools anywhere any professional will come in contact with anyone's medical information at all ever in the course of their duties. That does not apply to public photographers it doesn't apply to anyone in the public whether they're photographing or not. You bring the people into an area where is clearly marked a private area in some form of signage, verbiage or subverting someone's right to obtain a HIPAA protection is a violation of constitutional law.

First amendment is designed to provoke a reaction, so you don't have to use that as a fallback ever, as a matter of fact be proud of it say I'm here to provoke a reaction I do that's your claim to the first amendment. Anything else is watered down version of it. Leave the use of water to the fire department, usually they don't care if you're recording them
@ANTHONYX1AAUDITS3 жыл бұрын
Hello. You’re absolutely right as there’s different ways to look at it I am trying to get a reaction when I do my first amendment Audit however the reaction is not through provoking as I honestly if you look at all my videos are usually stand 20 or 30 feet away and I normally don’t say one single word unless they approach me or say something. So when they see me other recording yes I want to record the reaction however they have the option to shine like a star or meant like a snowflake meaning just come and say hello or just ignore me that’s also reaction but if they try to violate my right I will expose them for the tire and they are

I like to make comments while I watch I had said something earlier about you can tell the Tyrant cops by the way they stand kind of like reading body language but I commented on a previous video I watched them Anthony notice how the cop walks up the cop has his chest puffed out and his arms crossed as if he's somebody I guarantee you he's a tyrant
@408clips3 жыл бұрын
Come on Anthony. Clearly made her feel uncomfortable, let’s be respectful of citizens next time.
@ANTHONYX1AAUDITS3 жыл бұрын
Once again it’s necessary to record police interactions like I said I was very respectful I was trying as you can clearly 100% see to keep her off the video. Unfortunately there’s too many cops out there abusing power which give good cops a bad name so we must record and hold accountability to make sure he’s not violating her rights as well as the point of this audit to make sure he doesn’t violate my rights and on top of that to educate him obviously on the laws and remind him that he needs to create that privacy not me. If all officers would just honor their oath and not abuse power and sometimes even go beyond harassing and physically abuse or plant evidence this would not be necessary but this is the day and age we live in and it’s 100% necessary. I would rather have her be a little uncomfortable because there’s a camera watching and go inside where it’s nice and private then not be recording and it turns out he’s one of those officers that abuse his power or violates her rights and we have no evidence so come on Nancy give it a rest
@DanLoFat3 жыл бұрын
Exactly you cannot create privacy by pushing people away in public that doesn't work it's a violation of the pain act if they're recording.
@ANTHONYX1AAUDITS3 жыл бұрын
Hello, I’m not pushing anyone away or trying to invade anyone’s privacy even though there’s no expectation of privacy in public I try to be respectful. I was actually standing about 30 feet away and really trying not to zoom in on the person more focus on the officer and even though he seems very cordial and was truly trying to help her you never know so it’s important to record just in case he does try to violate her rights. Thanks for checking it out and please make sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
