why would you tear off that little piece Avengers #7?!?!??
@wintherr35274 жыл бұрын
When you look at this simple issue and you think everything the X-Men have become in the last 57 years, it's amazing to say the least. Unfortunately this kind of things are not available here where I live, and even eBay is not a real option. But I'd pay good money for all the early X-Men issues if I could.

Nice X-Men #1. I would say the grade for that is at least a 5.0

I had some of those comics you have but in lower grades you did very well the golden age to silver age are the best better story lines

What’s all the fuss about that X-Men #1? It’s only about a $12k book. No big deal.
@wintherr35274 жыл бұрын
It's "only" the book that started everything for the greatest superhero team in comicdom. For a fan it's not $12, it's priceless.
@vans.95384 жыл бұрын
Wint Herr Dude, I didn’t think I could possibly be more sarcastic. Do you notice the ‘k’ in front of the $12? That means a thousand. Yes, that book in about a 5.0 grade will command around $12 thousand dollars. I held that book in my hand many years ago when I was around 14 years old, it may have been worth about $400 at the time, and it was probably a 8.0 in grade.
@wintherr35274 жыл бұрын
@@vans.9538 I only now realized you were being sarcastic. Funny enough I was wondering where I could find me a copy of X-Men 01 for 12 bucks lol. Anyway if this book in mint condition is worth 12k now, just think how much it will be worth when it's 80 years old- it's truly a good sort of investment. You can have this precious issue in your collection and in the future your grandchildren will have a 30k comic in their hands.
@YogiBear133 жыл бұрын
That XM-1 is probably worth about 25-30k now graded if it is unrestored.
