Im not sure what you mean? Do you mean how long to leave the apple pulp before pressing? If so soem cider makers leave the pulp overnight before pressing. Myself I don't tend to leave a gap with apples. Pears I leave a 3-4 hr gap.

@@llanblethianorchards No No, how long is one proces, I mean when you put the apple in mill and press all this?

@@minjae7248 It takes a day to shovel the apples, mill and press them. I do 600-900kg a day on my own. More with help.
