I know, it sound more like they are trying to say Paks. Which an english would pronounce like that. I hope they don't get a ticket to Paks :) It's not that hard. sounds like ch like teach. but before that the é is a not an i or e so ..... never mind. that is confusing :)

@@a.b.8229 it was a really great trip. And, we got to experience it with some fellow American traveler (off camera). I’d go back to Budapest in a heartbeat.

The compartments in the 1st class car are actually "quiet compartments" (devices should only be used with headphones + no loud talking), so if you want some peace and quiet, you can get a ticket there (no extra charge). Although I've seen cases when passengers did not respect those rules.

Big luggage is bad on any steps and trains where you can barely step up so high and then if you a heavy suitcase ..... bad. Yeah, old buildings, hard to add an elevator but when the elevator is there but doesn't work ..... looking at you ferihegy train station! ...... but your AirBB in Pest looked good. Cost?
@kineticpassports10 ай бұрын
Train travel is always a gamble with large suitcases. The Airbnb came in around $60 USD per night. It was pretty comfortable - only issue we ran into was that advertised check in time was pretty late.

You should learn to pronounce placenames in foreign countries before making videos about them. All you have to do is ask ANYBODY who speaks Hungarian how to pronounce Pécs and they will tell you. As you made this video in Hungary, you were close to approximately ten million people who could have told you the answer in less than one second. Nonetheless, you didn't have the presence of mind to do that. Amazing.
