@@robrick9361 most monsters don't get destroyed by battle anymore in modern yugioh, with loads of incredibly strong cards with effects that remove them through effect destruction or other means. So, rarely do monsters with float effects upon battle destruction actually get to resolve their effects.

Thank you for this nostalgia video. This deck is special to me too. Takes me back to a simpler time. These decks were right before i dropped off Yu-Gi-Oh. I had the dragon deck, and because my bro and I split the cards we owned at this time (He took the "Warrior"side of our deck, and I took the traps/spells and whatever monsters I could), I took the creature base and added amazing traps and spells to it, replacing the more situational ones, and adding stronger dragons. It's now a pimped up version of the dragon starter, still with masked dragon and Red eyes as the creature base. Aaaaannnddddd that was my last deck. I only have a speed duel box for when I have company and this one deck as what's left of my flimsy collection; a relic of my childhood and when I could keep up with the game. Now I'm onto Magic...out of the frying pan, into the fire, i guess.

I got so pumped up when I saw the thumbnail!!!, Zombie madness was my very first deck. A friend and I bought this decks back in 2005 I got the zombie madness and he got the Dragons Roar deck. Little we knew the zombie deck was so frekinng boosted. Fun fact: Red-eyes Darkness dragon becomes a zombie in the next zombie deck and I think is a clear reference to how uneven this 2 decks are.

This is truly documenting history. I remember playing against these decks back when I was a kid. The only cards I ever bought were the starter deck Kaiba and occasional booster packs from the ice cream truck. When these things came out my deck was nowhere near capable of taking care of these. I lost duel after duel. When the next structure decks came out I bought the water one. Such fun times. Thank you for allowing a lot of us to relive some of our childhood moments again

I remember buying these. I loved playing with the Decks and as soon as a new Structure Deck was about to come out, I bought it as well. I'm still doing this and can say, that Konami really got better with making Structure Decks over time. I really enjoyed watching the Episode. I took out the Decks and noticed that I added 10 Cards to each Deck. (I was still in school at that time and an absolute rookie). I added Tyrant Dragon and Armed Dragon Lv.7 and 10 to the Dragon Deck, as well as Horus Lv.4,6 and 8. In the Zombie-Deck, I put great Dezard and Fushioh Richie, a second Vampire Lord, the Castle of Dark Illusion and Pumpking. I even added the Spirit of the Paraoh with all three Sarcophagus-Cards. Good Memories... Thank you for reminding me of that time.

Man, I remember my dad getting me Dragon's Roar. I loved that deck so much and with Red Eyes Darkness Dragon's power up effect, I was unmatched. Thank You guys for bringing back them memories of my younger self.
