I found this out only two days ago (in tournament), so it still seems insane to me that people can play new cards that haven't come out yet at sneak peak events. Are people buying and opening cases of ROTA a week before the set releases? How are they even getting these cards? I could really use a helpful explanation here.

These comments always seem to happen when I post these profiles. The dude went to sneaks, got his cards, locals in the area are fine with tourneys having new cards.
