Dark world has been my favorite deck to play this format. Just alot of explosion and fun to play

During the last format I played a lot of Dark World so don't know about the current format where hand traps are more popular. I used Zeus rarely, but with Bagooska it often made the brick hands playable enough to draw into more engine eventually. I played only one Sillva, but two Beiige because it helps make rank 4s and Sillva is searchable enough. I also only ripped for 2 on the first turn because that was usually enough when you have the same Sillva ready to loop another 2 on their turn. Underworld Goddess was important for board breaking, especially against Sprite, but now probably not as much anymore. Lastly, my endboard consisted of Knightmare Gryphon, Muckraker, Fusion Grapha, and either Abyss Dweller or Hope Harbinger. Gryphon because it wasn't satisfying to pass on a bunch of leftover bodies when locked in fiends, and it's kind of the best one.

Dark world dealings are essential to the deck regardless if gives the discard yes but also gives u knowledge of what ur opponent is playing so u can make a more reasonable turn one board as well witch is very crucial to the strategy also playing zalamander catalyzer is better then the thunderbird and bigfoot at least as a two of becuz u get to choose what u discard just food for thought

if you would like a better rank 8 you should use number 23 lancelot. it is a forced negate, but will at least give you a negate on your opponents turn. As far as the xyz went, dugares, bagooska, lancelot, and coach king were really the only ones I ever went into. Muckracker and the knightmares were what I went into the most. I was also running a fallen of albaz engine, so i had a lubellion and mirrorjade in my ed as well.

hey mate, you can't search reign with reign it won't you search itself, also for the Dangers, there summon effect is not once per turn, just when they are discarded and gain an effect. helpful tip if you continue Dark Worlds

Why is no one playing Foolish Burial Goods? It's just super broken here. Dump your Accession, get it back to your hand with a free discard. It's just so super easy to go into Fusion Grapha like that, while it also basically minus ones your deck, kinda like an Upstart Goblin.

As far as I´m aware you partly play Zeus as bait for your opponent to remove from your extra deck. I would take out bagooska and maybe even Dingirsu/ Nr. 38 though. Nightmare griffin is reaaaaaly amazing to finish up your board! Especially if you end with griffin pointing at ceruli! :) You oculd also put Baronne in and play Fabled cerubel in your main if you have a spot for it. Playing Underworld Goddes as backup/ generic good Links that help you in a pinch. :)

I've been playing around with different ideas for Dark World. Personally my favorite tech is Plague spreader zombie to give it some synchro plays. Discarding plaguespreader doesn't hurt at all either.

fabled raven is better. Fiend and changes its level, and you can special it from deck with lucent.

I like plaguespreader zombie as well. Using it with a level 4 to summon desert locust to discard one and then going into Barróne with another level 4.

I've had the same thoughts about Dealings. When you are just solo testing it feels amazing for the combo. Hard to not play it. I can see it working out game 1 going 1st a lot of the time. But going 2nd giving them digs while playing into an already established board...or post side where its more likely they have Droll or Lancea or whatever...probably a lot more sketchy at that point unfortunately.

YESSSSS!!!!! Exactly! The card is a freaking starter that people don't even realize. I run one in my deck since I play two of the fusion spell, one of the quick play remove card, and two of the negate sumon card. The card is actually clutch.

It is a pretty good card cause it's also a fiend level 4 body. Lots of synergy here with the combo

Came here to say this. Everyone runs Zeph and calls it the honorary DW. Zala belongs right there with it imo. The combo efficiency you get from targeted discards is invaluable and harder to come by. Blows my mind how many lists I see without even 1 copy.

Archives is the single best card in the deck. If I start with an archives, a genta and any other dw monster, Im golden. I play 3.

The deck lacks targeted discards because you play dangers. I hate dangers. Pure dark world is great with targeted discards and has way more in archetype draw power.
