oddly enough Ash has come up to make psychic end punisher more often than being an Ash blossom in this deck. I almost gave up on the Zarc strategy until this guy pointed out another Zarc for exactly this scenario.

omg Dinomorphia versus Tenpai is going to come up a lot for locals being the strongest budget control decks and aggro decks this format.

Tenpai has to have exactly droplet to beat rexterm. Ferret flames also ruins their dreams

Something that could be good instead of the laggia and dolka I run is raiders knight and arc rebellion XYZ dragon. I have won a couple games by going into a huge beat stick when they have a tough field I need to kill in one turn. Comes up more for me than laggia and dolka

Zarcs effect is negated face down?

Z-Arc is negated because you cheat him out. When he goes face down he "forgets" how he was summoned. next time he is flip summon and is no longer negated.

If you're going 2nd, you only need the graveyard on turn 3. So turn 1 you shotgun shifter in draw phase, your opponent either does what they can or passes. Turn 2, you set 5 pass (ideally). Turn 3, shifter has worn off and you can now do all your gy plays. Shifter essentially lets you go from going 2nd to going 1st.
