I like Gardy in this new meta. I took out the Monkidori though, it felt like it was never relevant. I think it's important for certain matchups to hit over 300 hp. Gardy is definitely seeing a resurgence. It's biggest problem decks like roaring moon/ Zard/ and dragapault are gonna be sticckimg around though. Gardy is perfect for countering Raging Bolt, which is the big reason I think it's become so popular. They never use one prizers. So they get rolled by drifloon.

Monkidori in my opinion is what pushes gardy back up. More than other cards in the deck. It fixes allot of damage issues, without needing cape or charm. It allows gardy ex to KO 220 hp pokemon and can nab you multy prize turns in some cases when you cant 1 hit KO something. There are other damage thresholds it fixes too. With the drifloon and screamtail. It personally think the monki is super important for the deck.

It’s honestly not that bad if you can keep up and either enhance hammer or temple their legacy and knock it out with a drifloon. Honestly it’s up to preference for the choice of enhanced hammer or temple. The upside for enhanced hammer is that it is searchable by arven so you get it more consistently than the temple but the upside for temple is that it also denies the gift and legacy energy and it could stick for a couple of turns plus it adds an extra stadium out for jamming tower.

I don't play Natsugiri and Manaphy. They consume to much space on the bench. Better add a second Driftlon to attack straight forward.

Gardevoir is a good deck, no doubt about it, but once you play against charizard you start to have a lot of problem

scream tail/cress if you start out strong to pick off one prizers early, then double drifloon attack into pidgeot/ zard with a munkidori ability ping for the 4 extra prizes, hitting the clean 330 knockout. if they have a rotom v on the bench the game becomes really easy for gardi to pick up the final 2 prizes. time your turo wisely so you can deny the 2 prize knockout turn as long as you can by scooping up your gardi when you can and denying them prime catcher/boss value. if you can knock out thier only pidgeot or bibarel and time that with an unfair stamp, that can outright win you the game on the spot. its not a great matchup, but you still have plenty of chances. zard without its bibarel/bird is super bricky, so make use of that. late game its risky for them to bench more one prizers, as munkidori really threatens them to evolve or become free prizes. worse comes to worst, use mimikyu to stall them out and force them to use as many resources to get around it as you re-establish board state.

The only way Garde can get wins is if the opponent draws bad and the opponent does not know the matchup. Sadly it can not win consistently against meta rn
