How’d it go? I’m sorry if you didn’t get enough paidra, it’s gotten shortprinted the hell out of it. I might not find a third tomorrow for locals

I pulled everything apart from the transcendent and only 1 of the paidras, but I've gone ahead and ordered the rest as single. Paidras the only one that's the "expensive" one, but even then, compared to other cards, it's not bad at all £10 here in the UK for each copy. I'm not ordering the trident dragon as I think you can get away without it and also it's like a 100+ 😅

What are the set rotation targets? Necrovally and the temple? Can tenpai play under Necrovalley? Half their combos involve reviving material from the grave.

My guess is that it's for going first. You set up some monsters and a Necrovalley to limit the opponent, and then AFD later on your main phase to get rid of it.

I'm pretty sure Set Rotation sets the field spell face down. So Necrovalley won't hurt you unless the opponent flips it. But in that case, it will probably hurt them more, and if they don't flip it, then they can't play another field spell.

@@deckardshaw6696 Thunder can only be activated during the standby phase, making it vulnerable to stray Cosmics, MST, twin Twister and the likes. And there is near no difference between hitting tenpai with an attacking ban or a Battle phase ban since their whole stick is winning turn 2.

Unfortunately didn't have a phoenix, had spare extra deck slots anyway so put the zealantis in to show what I would have played 🤷‍♂️

It's a board wipe for the opponent if you go into it after Promethean princess since you get locked into fire and can't special summon back their non-fire monsters
