It is great! However it is advisable to start the morning with exercise, and walk in nature. One can also meditate or listen to soothing music in the morning. Journaling and day planning should also be done in the morning.

Genetics has a large influence. However it cannot solely determine the behaviour habit or thinking process. Individuals life experience and other variables all work together to shape ones behaviour and thinking. One can change most of their behaviour/ habits / thought process
