@@TD205 brother I’m im buying a Vulcan 900 it’s got ABS but it doesn’t have traction control ….is it dangerous with out traction control
@TD205 Жыл бұрын
@@salahali2710 Congrats!! I do not think it's dangerous without ABS or traction control. Just ride within your limits and practice proper braking skills and know your rode conditions. Motorcycles back in the 70's, 80's, 90's early 2000's didn't have ABS or traction control. Riders got around great. They knew how to brake and the road conditions. ABS is just a tool to prevent your brakes from locking. If braking properly you'll never use ABS. Traction control is mainly for speed riders in my opinion. Stay safe!!!👍🏿

I never liked riding faster than sixty in the rain. Not because of getting wet, but because I did not have a wind shield or a jacket most the time when I rode in Phoenix Arizona. Rain drops tend to hurt after thirty minutes with no protection. Looks like nature put you through a wash and rinse cycle, and washed any dust off your bike. ;)

Yes, it really could(past tense). That Vulcan 900 was an amazing bike. It ran with the best of them with no issues. I currently have a Vulcan Vaquero 1700. They are 2 different motorcycles, 2 different worlds. If you want to stay in the mid size class yes, get a Vulcan 900 or Vstar 950. I am about to do my msf course so i can get some basic skills and my license endorsement. Would you reccomend this to a beginner that is a larger guy? Im 6 foot and 220 lbs so I am worried about the smaller cc bikes. Dont want to outgrow something in one season.
@TD20510 ай бұрын
The MSF course is a great 1st step. You can start on any bike you would like. To each their own. I believe you will definitely outgrow the Vulcan 900, being 6 foot 220 lbs. Go with your gut feeling though. You can always get that forever bike; Kawasaki Vaquero/Voyager, Indain Challenger, Harley RoadGlide, Yamaha Eluder, Honda F6B, BMW K1600. It's truly based on whatever riding you plan on doing. If you're not riding long, long distance, the Vulcan 900 would be fine. Keep in mind that you'll be searching for a 6th gear on the smaller cc cruisers. Best wishes👍🏿.
