1st Time Making Lemang & Raya Open House of a Bumiputera Business Empire

In this video I show you how I tried making Lemang for my very first time. I got this opportunity from my friend who knew about this hari raya open house prepared by a bumiputera Business Empire.
I didnt have much time but I got a brief idea of how Lemang is made and why it's still cooked traditionally inside a bamboo pipe. Also it was very amazing to see this Company working, I for myself are very interested & curious about different Businesses and Business-models. GISB Holdings impressed me especially because they founded a single company for every crucial part of what their business needs anyway. For example instead of using a third party logistics company, GISB Holdings simply founded their own logistics company to move all their goods, very inspiring.

When making lemang try not to stomp the bamboo filled with santan cause it can cause overflowing during cooking..

The process of making lemang is so tedious and take such a long time. But almost everybody is craving for it during eid. It is almost compulsory to serve lemang & rendang. 😊😊

this year gisbh making openhouse only for 5 wilayah,, 1st this place at lahar yooi colab 5 north region, n 2nd openhouse at my town kuantan 6/5/2023 colab 5 east coast region too,, n more state they will do the openhouse,, and they will do at HQ is BANDAR COUNTRY HOMES 20/5/2023.. and you should join the open house there too..
