Your recipe is amazing. I tried it once and it turned out very well. The next time however there was a glitch. So wanted to ask you which yeast you use. It is the yeast granules naa..do u simply mix those in flour or do u ist immerse it in water as mentioned on most active yeast granules package box.

Thank you dear for your love. I use instant active yeast. There is no need to immerse it in water before as it's already active. Just use Luke warm water while kneeding the dough.

Zia Zia You can brush it with milk , ghee can make upper part of it hard while baking but still you can try it and see the result .you can add ghee while kneading dough for that rich flavour .

Allhumdullah I am fine , that’s coz of boiling chochwor some till will come out as it’s precooked and it will not hold lot of it ,but when u apply egg wash it will not come out so much.

What do you mean by 1/2 tbsp? Is it equivalent to 1 teaspoon?

Nina m Salam , no dear 1/2 tablespoons is not 1 teaspoon. 1/2 tablespoons = 7.5 ml and 1 teaspoon =5 ml 😊

Manish Dhar I am not sure while you will get this result or not if you will bake them in cooker coz it’s texture is different then any other bread , I am working on it in she allah will try to upload video once I will get best results without oven .

Sister i tried the same but used microwave oven and after 30 mins it turned too hard. I have microwave oven only. I live in saudi too i might be ur neighbour in khobar.

MARYAM TARIQ yes ,you can use wheat flour but result will not come out that good ,as Maida contains lot of Gluten which give bread elasticity, stretch,and chew ❣️.

Zahida Faroooq half teaspoon of baking soda ,half teaspoon of lemon juice mix well and use . Note: change of any ingredients in given recipe can change taste ,texture of dish .
