I love the dancing scenes in the black outfit because it makes such a fun contrast to the more bubblegum themes in the rest of the video and styling, but still ties in because of the kinda random, weird, or messy vibe to the lighter scenes. Also, I like that they could've put that outfit in a darker scene with more mature musical elements, like at 1:29 where it transitions to a more steamy sound for a little, but instead they chose to keep that beautiful contrast with the bright, clean lighting and set and the playful chorus.

That's very true! Wow I didn't even notice it before. It all makes sense now! Like how the windows are all blocked and she is locked up in the tower and the ivy over her window signifies she's been stuck there a very long time, and thus does a bunch of different things to entertain herself inside (like trying to eat the "clouds" outside from her high tower, and playing by herself in the mirror). And how she's scared when she's see's someone come but also disappointed when they leave and it doesn't turn out to be her prince.

It is hurtful to see people bash Elris here. Especially people who compare their fame to groups like LOONA. LOONA is a super talented group that was introduced through a series of solo pre-debut releases that started off very cutesy. Just like Elris, Heejin and Hyunjin had very whimsical, girly themes, and that was used to catch the eyes of Korea based fans and then when you got to the Odd Eye Circle units, that was more of an international pull. ALSO ELRIS IS NOT A "NUGU GROUP" Hunus' CEO is someone both JYP and YG made note of when she was on kpop star. When it comes to people that know the industry, he is a notable person and so is the label. If you look at their practice rooms and compare it to "nugu" labels and groups you can see the difference. The level of promotion when it comes to reality programs and brand deals (major brands like Acuvue, Banila Co, and Elite), the label gets the girls really great positions and situations. ELRIS has a pretty decent Korean fanbase by design. Korea based audiences prefer cutesy concepts and international like girl crush. Starting off Elris as a cutesy concept has gotten them a large home fanbase, and I know soon, they will expand into new concepts and gain more international fans.

I saw them at KWMF 2019 here in Philippines and they are really talented,and yes they’re getting popular.I don’t want Elris to disband yet since I’m a new fan. And Sohee’s intro that night killed me! She was on fire! But I’m a little sad since I didn’t get to see them perform all together,the other member’s leg/foot was injured and I’m not sure who it was but she did come out during the interviews so that we could see her.
