You have to know that Longguo's MV was uploaded on small channels meanwhile Donghan's MV is on a channel with 11M subs so many people who aren't Joyful but curious about him came here to watch. If Choon signed with Loen instead of Bugs then his MV would be uploaded on this channel and many people will watch it out of curious too. Longguo actually has more individual fans than Donghan, do you know Clover even charted in many music sites except Melon meanwhile Sunset only charted in Bugs? MV views is not something Joyfuls can control since we are small fandom.
