It's going to be the generic trope where they are crap and unorganized at first and the trainer will make them play better with the "team exercise" with old games shown here. After they become better they at some point they will probably get angry at each other for some reason and break up until they become friends again and in the end beat the meanies.

It takes years to be good and you have to practice as much as a full time job to even stand a hope in chance in even getting to the tournament.
