Is Asylum staff Magden better than Acuity magden? I am trying to fully optimize my frost warden been looking for good 1v1 build for it and it seems your video is the only useful source. Any pointers?

I hear so many people saying that stamden is still better than magden, or at worst equal. I've not seen anyone putting meta dk/nb below the top. I have seen sorc gameplay that makes me think they're a secret top tier, but man. I wonder how much these perspectives change from 1vXing, to bgs, to duels. Love your videos!!

Nightblade is good but its not busted. Only people that claim nightblades op are the players who havent played it. Night blades cloak is very easily counterd. With that counterd nightblades are easy to kill. Spec bow could use a tune down but for the most part the damage suits thier surviveability. They are super squishy and with thier cloak counterd very tough ti remain alive

@@stanmarsh5973 Surely we can agree that eventually, having more damage, even if it came with more fragility, doesn't stay balanced in a game where other classes are so different? My main issue is this: nightblades should not kill someone from stealth before the "break-free" animation ends. 30k damage in a single gcd is too much. Plus, hey, cloak and their better burst heal often makes them far more survivable than other classes. Having to run potions or a skill on a game where you have to choose few skills in a tight build just to counter an ability for a single class is sketch

@@AllThingsFascinate its on you to break free. U could do it instantly. Most ccs last 4 seconds. And cloak is easily counterd via super common skills such as elemental sus and entropy/deg. Each tick of those pulls a nb out of cloak. Cloak is its 1 main sorce of defense. With out that a night blades surviveability goes down drastically. I think thier damage is fine. Spec bow mabe a small tune down but thats it. What good is damage if you cant stay alive to deal it. I can tell you havent played night blade before. Most people who complain its op have never even played the class. Try to fight skillful dks templars and wardens with a nightblade. Unless u are actually decent with the class you will get shit on. The fact cloak is so easily counterable as thier main defensive skill is dumb. Every other class has an amazing signiture defense skill but only nightblades is easily counterd. Play the class before you make that call my friend. As for the cc aspect. A night bladr has to get his burst off before you break free. Most players break free immidiately and block or roll the incap combo. Its on you to have a faster reaction speed. Nightblades are very easy to kill where drgaonknights and templars and wardens are difficult to take down.

@@Fe7on Hey follow-up on that, I know you said you prefer running Order's Wrath over Acuity on Magplar, is there a reason you don't on Magden? Does Magden just need the higher kill potential?

@@AllThingsFascinatemagden ult is expensive and lines up better with acuity. Crescent sweep plar like I've been playing plays better with orders wrath. Destroy ult plar plays better with acuity.

I must be doing something wrong on my Frost Warden then. Every time I feel good at the game I head down to Alikr and get humbled real quick by a bow sorc. Can’t get within 10 feet of a DK without melting. Templars one shot me with Dizzy Crecent combos and Stamdens are unkillable with 40k health Zaan SSC Essenes thief wrecking blow setups that chunk you 10k at a time.

Console is a much different world. Wrecking blow builds just aren't very good on PC and zaan/ssc is a bad set up, easily avoidable.

Exactly. Console is a different world then pc. Especially with how clunky abilities are. Like on pc vs console streak on sorc is buggy and beetles on warden don’t connect half the half.

not really, its a gamble between hybrid sorc or mag sorc and NB in 1v1, the better player is usually going to win. If the best NB fought the best hybrid sorc on NA, id bet on the Sorc to win.

@@Fe7onnot in any way bro, magblade has very high group utility, the strongest single target heal besides Dk (but can also heal allies), the hardest hitting aoe ultimate which can get used kinda defensive also, for 1v1 the strongest single target burst, bout survivability u got to do something otherwise u get burned away by this meta or dks in general. Magsorc has nothing no good burst, no good survivabilty, trash defense and no real group assist besides streak. So from viewing the full package of what those classes bring magblade should be a - a+ tier at least and magsorc is dogshit

@@Fe7onoh btw I over read it’s bout 1v1, but still there’s the same u can even play a dotblade effectively in 1v1 but on msorc u just have pressure no real burst and the pressure not enough for good players, so fighting an equal skilled player will be mostly an auto loss on sorc

@@C3rb3rus_em this is a 1v1 tier list only. OW/BG's are irrelevant in this discussion. NB always has a chance to kill, however in terms of best of the best, NB shouldnt kill Arc/DK/Plar or Magden unless they made a mistake and did something dumb.

Been on xbox eu, xbox na and now pc eu. Putting any sort of nb behind a mag sorc is criminal in a 1v1. Under no circumstances is a nb weaker than a pure mag sorc. Even stamina nb, as roll dodge and cloak completely nullifys your combos most times. Frost wardens are a 0 issue, for me at least, might just be because of wards on my sorc i suppose. Any sort of dk that uses corrosive is immediately right at the top. Without it however complete 0 issue. Stam sorc is significantly better than mag sorc, and hybrid sorc even more so. From my experience

We have some very good sorcs and some very good NB's on NA. When they fight eachother it's the player that will win the fight. Not the class. They're quite even. In the case of NB vs other classes, NB is slightly better vs some. And sorc is slightly better vs some. Your statement for corrosive dk is uneducated. The best DK's on NA don't run corrosive and DK has won more tournaments than any other class without it. Warden is top tier because if played properly, it doesn't die to anything and has a chance to kill anything.

@Fe7on I'm looking it a a class which kits are far superior to others. Not what good dulists have accomplished against each other. I'm looking at the fact some utter shitter wouldn't even stand a chance at doing nothing, but poof, corrosive and can be on even footing. Good duelist will always kill each other on any class and can at any time at random. I look at things differently. It's when some guy who is significantly worse in ability can outlive, outdamage and do better than normal due the class kit and it's access to sets that cater to the class and not skill itself. If your looking from top duelist vs top duelist then perspective will change of course.

I hope you have played every class and have time on each class before making your ranking. If you have no experience on a class its best you dont make these videos. You cant claim a class is better/worse than another class with out actually playing it

Indeed, I play every class and against every class and all kinds of variants for 1v1's. I could play arcanist and necro more, but my ranking is extensive gameplay vs the best on pcna.

You have zero experience on a class who are you to claim any statement about them. You can have an opinion but its not relevant because you have no experience with it no knowledge of passives no playtime to see what gameplay is like. Untill you have actual hands on experience your opinions arent relevant. You going to tell a mechanic how to fix a car even though you have never fixed one yourself? The advice wouldnt be accurate
