Hi. I am looking to get a new stick soon, however I am not quite sure what to go for. I play right/center back, so need to be able to hit the ball hard, however I also love to show off my technical skills in close situations. What carbon percentage and bow would you recommend for me? I am playing at a level where many are exploring 3D skills, and drag flicking is starting to become normal in short corner situations. Any advice would be really helpful.

Aerial ball on stick dribble or what do you mean?

The trick is to not lift your stick off the ball too much. Keep your body grounded and keep the stick on the ball. you can still run fast and keep control. Also, more importantly, the defender cant steal the ball easily!
