I think the psychological part is underrated. But its a piece of art if you are able to put the pressure on the defenders instead of the flicker.

@@stickwisehockey I definitely need to be more consistent with my initial stance and run up as sometimes its more than the others. I tried starting at the P Spot with a flick and moved back a few yards to do it again, I found when i got to the top of the D my flicks went.................soft and loopy!

Show them this video and then get them drag push passing to each other. Worked with my u12 girls last week. All bar a couple had it nailed. Then fine tune how to flick at goal.
