When i get sauron in his nercomancer form he gets his armor in 2 mins without leveling or using one ring also after that nazguls and mouth of sauron are stuck with leveling, they cant unlock new abilities even if sauron reaches highest level.

Yes that's true. I don't know if this is a bug or if they did it on purpose. The Nazgul and the Mouth of Sauron increase the necromancer's experience. That's why you need to make the Necromancer 10 levels before you get the One Ring, and you can either do it as Gorthaur. If you want to use the skills of all the nazguls and the Mouth of Sauron.
