It is not great as an air-to-air or ground missile (due to how plane crazy manages weight on builds), but if you change the rocket to 2 water props, it makes a great underwater torpedo!

shaking happens when there is lag, ANY lag will make something with a lot of control panels shake, down-grade your graphics and you should be alrighty.
