FWIW What Happens Inside The Dungeon is a similar one. It starts as a basic sex joke (the world's hero wanked himself to death using monster parts), but it's incredible how hard it goes. It's more into straight up horny than the absolute nonsense of RGS tho. And then of course there's Tsugumomo, but that gets you listed.

I know it's late but check out Urotsukidōji: Legend of the Overfiend if you haven't. i watched the anime movie like 20 years ago and its pretty messed up. never read the manga. another messed up anime movie is Wicked City, now Wicked City i saw was on Highdive surprisingly, also probably 20 years old +. White Zombie actually sampled audio from Overfiend for one of their songs, the intro to "Welcome to Planet MF". crazy thing is both have REALLY good stories.
