I miss yard saling so much. I grew up in the middle of California and you couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting a dozen yardsales. No need to look them up. Just get in the car. And I LOVED having them!! Lolol I used to live next to and hang out with a guy that "worked for Affliction". He's the CFO. And his wife was the CEO of 7FAM. She just "worked there" too. I so wish California hadn't fallen into crazy. I miss my people, weather and YARD SALES!!!

Hi there, I sell a lot of mugs. I bubble wrap, then wrap in tissue, box in a 4x4x4 and then pop it into a 5x5x5 box with more packing around. If its a larger mug then its a 5x5x5 to start and then into a 6x6x6. I have found this double bubble double box works and I have zero breakages since doing it this way.

He’s an inspiration plus a school teacher. Ck him out he’s the one who told me about Matt Part time picker-Did you see the one where Thrift Mine sent him a Super Hot Gummy Bear he had to eat it and then had to wait 5 mins before getting water-it was funny then his wife picked Kevin. Resellers started it and its getting passed around to a lot of other Resellers. Way to fun and cool to watch. Poor Matt his face was all Red and he had tears coming out of his eyes before they gave him water. His wife is involved now I love it. What an adorable couple plus their children.🙋‍♀️💜🤗🙏❤️🇺🇸💪

I sold that same Anthropologie mug for $16.99 to a buyer in England. She spent a total of $33 with shipping and I don't know how much more because I used the global shipping program. It's crazy what people pay for coffee mugs!

The way I ship coffee mugs.... I stuffed newspaper inside the cup and inside the handle. Then I bubble wrap the hell out of it.... I use a 6x6x6 box... most still ship first class even with all the packaging

Yep! Sold a Kühl XL womens used vest for $60 thar I bought at GW for $5. The weird thing was it was 100% polyester shell & 100% Poly fill too, yet it kept me EXTREMELY warm! VERY, VERY lightweight. Very puzzling.:p

Wow! I have only found Kuhl once...just a pair of men's tan basic pants but they sold within 2 days. That is so cool she sold all that so cheap to you and the designer too. I live in Florida and don't find brands like you do at sales. Anything good is price super high like I would resell it for so no profit.

Ashley such a great haul! Wishing some of those shoes were NY size, I'm cursed with tiny feet. As for the coffee mug, MUGS ARE AWESOME! Wrap it in bubble wrap, then place in a small box, 6"x4"x4" is the best size but something close should work. Be certain it doesn't move around inside the box, I sometimes add a little craft paper if needed. Then place the box in a padded flat rate mailer. That is how I ship them. Use "Tiled Margot Monogram" in your title and you should be able to get between $12-15 plus shipping. Good luck!

I have sold a bunch of mugs. Definitely use the Priority 7x7x6 box. I wrap in tissue, then a layer of bubble. I have cut up card pieces that I use to wrap aromatherapy und the handle so it doesn’t break. Then just fill around in the box. Have never had one break. That was a really sweet mug!

Wow! Great day of garage sales! I just brought 3 pair of excellent condition men's Kuhl shorts at my local Goodwill along with other high end men's clothing. I rarely shop for men's clothes but this was a particularly good day at this store. The cherry on top was all clothing in the store was 50% off for the whole weekend so I loaded up!

That coffee mug is super cool. I sell mugs too, but it's something that moves very slow and with a high risk that something brakes in its way. Unless you sell brands like Starbucks or something. Luckily the majority of my mugs i got them for free, from home. Keep doing the clothing, haha. You sell well the clothing items. Don't mess around with glassware.

What she said and also Nextdoor app, craigslist app and an app called "YARD SALE TREASURE MAP". I usually add a few of the farthest sales as multiple destinations in google maps and then I follow signs for all the sales on my way to each mapped location if that makes sense.
