Your line adaptations based on traffic, speed, and vehicle response were great. Solid run!

Thanks! TSCC has a really good instructor group and everyone is really good at playing nice with each other to keep a good rhythm in general. You should come out in May over Memorial Day weekend! 😃

Nice laps! Gotta love passing Caymans in a golf. Are you still running the V730s, how're they holding up? I'm considering a set soon

Yes! They are really great *if it's not wet*. See: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYW4aHaif92jl68 They wear really well even on the front of a wrong wheel drive strut car, and they get better with some use. The very first event will be a second or so off pace and you'll probably hate them. If you can, buy them pre-heat cycled (I did not) which should help. They start to like heat more and more as they wear and become nearly-slicks. I played around with 245s and 255s up front (with 245s out back for both). 245s on a 9in wheel is 100% the way to go. I had the 255s up front in this video, but the shorter 245/40R17 was also good for ~1mph difference on the back straight. Anecdotally - the 245s are SO much sharper on turn in which really helps in higher speed corners (my PB was set on 245s square for reference as well).
