Sir . That descriptor are in hardware. When we saying table? What type of data structure we are looking at?

Descriptor Table is itself a data structure that is implemented by Intel Microprocessors. It is not implemented as traditional data structures like stacks,queues etc.

Where are the descriptor tables located? Are they inside the CPU in the same way as caches or are they formed in RAM? I don't understund physical concept of descriptor tables.

Is the descriptors just a code reference frame (it's just a way to encode memory areas and constraints on RAM) or is it related to the cpu's hardware (is it associated with logic circuits inside the cpu -> instructions or cpu checks)?

These are stored in protected memory and is dynamically created by CPU. CPU architecture is created in a way that it assigns logical addresses to the memory and it does that dynamically. Similarly it creates descriptor tables for runtime operations.
